Troom: a chauffeur service that books itself on WhatsApp.
Troom is a Belgian service where you book a private driver who drives you in your own car. Its customers book end to end in a WhatsApp conversation, and its team runs finance, operations, marketing and driver management through one AI intelligence layer.

End to end
from first message to confirmed booking
One layer
over finance, operations, marketing, clients and drivers
Booking a driver used to mean an app, a form or a phone call, and customers increasingly expected to simply send a message. At the same time, every booking touched several systems: pricing, availability, payments, invoicing and driver planning.
The team spent its time answering the same questions and moving data between systems, instead of on the moments where a person really makes the difference: a client with a special request, or recruiting the right drivers.
Booking in a WhatsApp conversation.
The WhatsApp AI handles bookings from the first message to confirmation, in the customer’s own words and language.

Step 1
The customer writes in plain language
“I have a lunch in Brussels tomorrow at 2pm, leaving from Antwerp, in my Audi Q8. Can you arrange a driver?” The AI works out the ride, plans a safe departure time and asks only for what is missing.

Step 2
The AI builds the ride
It returns a clear ride overview: pickup, destination, date, departure and car, and asks the customer to confirm or cancel.

Step 3
Booked, drivers notified
Once confirmed, the booking is in Troom's system and available drivers can sign up for the ride; the customer gets a message as soon as a driver is assigned. No call, no form.
The team asks the business.
Behind the customer channel, the same AI is connected to Troom’s bookings, invoicing, bank and operations. Management asks questions in plain language and gets answers built from live data.

One AI layer
Above the company and its data: finance, operations, marketing, clients and drivers.
Autonomous flows
Bookings, confirmations and follow-ups run on their own on top of that data, within rules.
People where they count
Specific client requests, and the final stage of driver recruitment, where culture is Troom's edge.
The customer channel is Palmline Labs’ AI Order Desk; the management side is the intelligence layer. Troom’s client-retention emails run on Sendway. Book a private driver yourself at troom.be.
