No. Client work stays client work: Palmline never builds competing products from what it learns in an engagement.

We choose the best model per task, mostly Anthropic Claude, hosted with enterprise providers. Data stays out of public model training.

No. A chatbot follows scripted menus. The AI Order Desk understands free text, checks your real systems, creates the booking or order, and knows when to hand over to a person.

Hard limits are stored and enforced by the platform. The AI never sees your private limit, so it cannot leak it or negotiate past it.
